Creamy Fruit Chaat (Sweet Creamy Fruit Dessert)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream Or Whipped Cream
  • 2 apple Chopped
  • 3 Banana Sliced
  • 5 Dates Chopped or diced
  • ½ Cup Grapes Optional
  • 4 strawberry Optional Or Seasonal Fruit
  • ½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds Optional
  • ½ Cup Mango Cubes Optional Or Seasonal Fruit
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar Or Honey Adjust To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk Optional For Extra Sweetness
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Almonds Or Pistachios Optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh cream and lightly whisk it until smooth.
  2. Add sugar or honey and condensed milk to the cream and mix well.
  3. Wash and chop all the fruits into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the chopped fruits to the cream mixture.
  5. Gently mix everything together so the fruits are evenly coated with cream.
  6. Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachios.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh and seasonal fruits for the best taste.
  • Chill the dessert before serving for a refreshing flavor.
  • Avoid very watery fruits like watermelon because they can thin the cream.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
  • If cream not available, then use homemade cream with:
    • ½ cup milk malai (balai) to a mixing bowl. Whisk it well until it becomes smooth and creamy. Then add the ½ cup yogurt and mix until fully combined. Add 2 tbsp sugar or honey and whisk again until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
