Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream Or Whipped Cream
  • 2 apple Chopped
  • 3 Banana Sliced
  • 5 Dates Chopped or diced
  • ½ Cup Grapes Optional
  • 4 strawberry Optional Or Seasonal Fruit
  • ½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds Optional
  • ½ Cup Mango Cubes Optional Or Seasonal Fruit
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar Or Honey Adjust To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk Optional For Extra Sweetness
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Almonds Or Pistachios Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh cream and lightly whisk it until smooth.
  • Add sugar or honey and condensed milk to the cream and mix well.
  • Wash and chop all the fruits into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the chopped fruits to the cream mixture.
  • Gently mix everything together so the fruits are evenly coated with cream.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh and seasonal fruits for the best taste.
  • Chill the dessert before serving for a refreshing flavor.
  • Avoid very watery fruits like watermelon because they can thin the cream.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
  • If cream not available, then use homemade cream with:
    • ½ cup milk malai (balai) to a mixing bowl. Whisk it well until it becomes smooth and creamy. Then add the ½ cup yogurt and mix until fully combined. Add 2 tbsp sugar or honey and whisk again until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
