Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh cream and lightly whisk it until smooth.
- Add sugar or honey and condensed milk to the cream and mix well.
- Wash and chop all the fruits into small bite-sized pieces.
- Add the chopped fruits to the cream mixture.
- Gently mix everything together so the fruits are evenly coated with cream.
- Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachios.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh and seasonal fruits for the best taste.
- Chill the dessert before serving for a refreshing flavor.
- Avoid very watery fruits like watermelon because they can thin the cream.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- If cream not available, then use homemade cream with:
- ½ cup milk malai (balai) to a mixing bowl. Whisk it well until it becomes smooth and creamy. Then add the ½ cup yogurt and mix until fully combined. Add 2 tbsp sugar or honey and whisk again until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
