Ingredients

Rice

Yellow food color

Dry fruits
almonds, cashews, raisins
Instructions
Boil Rice
Add water in a pot and mix yellow color
Bring to a boil
Add rice and cook until 90% done
Drain and set aside
Roast Dry Fruits
Heat 1 tbsp oil
Add dry fruits and roast for 1 minute on low flame
Remove and set aside
Prepare Sugar Syrup
Add 1–2 tbsp oil in the same pan
Add sugar and milk
Cook on low flame until sugar melts
Combine
Add boiled rice into syrup
Mix gently
Cook for 1 minute
Dum Cooking
Add roasted dry fruits on top
Cover and cook on very low flame for 15–20 minutes
Do not overcook rice, Use low flame to avoid burning, Mix gently
